Pulso is looking for a (senior) Consultant (M/F) Surveys, Online Tools & Product Development
Pulso Europe, spin-off of the KU Leuven and UCL, is a pioneer and market leader in optimising psychosocial well-being in organisations. Our head office is located in Leuven (Kessel-Lo), with offices in Lisbon and Athens. The Belgian team currently consists of around 30 permanent employees and 300 freelancers.
Job description:
As (senior) Consultant Surveys, Online Tools & Product Development, you are part of the team responsible for the following assignments:

Carrying out and supervising welfare and engagement surveys for our clients. This means that you carry out applied research into the working conditions and the psychosocial well-being of employees and that you provide maximum support and advice to the client. After a training period in which we familiarise you with our tools and methodology, you will be responsible for the entire research process from A to Z, i.e. preparatory discussions with the client, tailoring the research to the clients request, carrying out, coordinating and following up on the fieldwork, analysing the data, drawing up research reports, presenting the results and formulating recommendations.

Performing qualitative analyses based on individual interviews or group discussions.

Guiding organisations in creating an action plan on ‘well-being at work’ as a result of a quantitative or qualitative analysis.

Implementing our online tools with regard to psychosocial well-being among our clients. By consulting with the customer and our IT specialists you offer standard or tailor-made solutions to the customer, and you are also responsible for the project management.

Support on tenders and sales. Over time you will also manage your own client portfolio for whom you are responsible, and you will independently conduct sales discussions and write tenders for new prospects.

Contribute to the development of new questionnaires and online tools. In addition to implementing existing questionnaires and tools, this team is also responsible for product development, i.e. you help develop specific questionnaires and customised tools, based on research and in coordination with the customer.
Your profile:
- You are preferably a master in Human Sciences (Psychology, Economics, Sociology,…)
- You have a strong interest in the field of psychosocial well-being at work
- You have a minimum of three years of work experience
- You have good language skills: bilingual (Dutch/French) and a good knowledge of English are more than a plus
- You have good knowledge of and experience with research techniques and statistics
- You have good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- You have experience with software packages for online data collection and online reporting or you are prepared to learn this quickly
- You are interested in technology and e-tools
- You have strong analytical and synthetic skills
- You have an eye for detail, you are precise, and you have an eye for quality
- You are strong in project management, planning and coordination
- You can handle deadlines, you are stress-resistant and flexible
- You can work in a problem-solving and efficient way
- You can both work independently and in a team
- You have good communicative skills (both verbally and in writing)
- You are customer-oriented and come across as professional
- You have the necessary commercial skills and interest to engage in customer acquisition and sales conversations
- You are driven and motivated
- You are eager to learn and stick to scientifically based knowledge and methodologies
