Pulso is currently looking for a Data Analyst for the Surveys, Online Tools & Product Development team.
This team is a multidisciplinary team of consultants and data analysts responsible for:
- guiding our clients in their well-being and engagement surveys using our renewed tool, the WOD© “Well-being & Organisational Dynamics Tool” (see https://wod.pulso-europe.eu);
- guiding our clients with their pulse surveys or barometer surveys using our various dashboards;
- implementing Pulso's e-mental health tools for our clients; Pulso developed HappyCare, an online tool for strengthening mental resilience (see www.happycare.be), the Balance Tool, a self-help tool for employees to prevent stress and burnout, Studies without Worries, an online self-help programme for students who are struggling with fear of failure, insecurity or procrastination (see www.studerenzonderblokkeren.be), the Safety Attitude Screening© (SAS), an online tool that evaluates safety attitudes and can predict safety behaviour at work (see www.safetyattitudescreening.com), etc.
- continuously developing new innovative tools that we can deploy with our customers; this is always done on the basis of research and in close consultation with our clients and potential with external IT providers.
Job description:
As a Data analyst within the Surveys, Online Tools & Product Development Team you are responsible for:
- porting our consultants in their client projects on an IT technical level, in particular in conducting well-being and engagement surveys and pulse surveys and in implementing online tools for our clients;
- analysing and visualising data from research or from other data sources;
- developing new innovative tools that we can use for our clients;
- looking for and applying innovative research methods;
- further automating the various processes to guarantee an efficient workflow.
Your profile:
We expect you to have many of the following competences or qualifications:
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree (e.g. statistics, computer science, economics, psychology, sociology,…)
- You have a strong interest in data analysis, data visualisation, information technology and e-tools
- You have preferably already gained 2 years of work experience in a similar position
- You have experience with software packages for data visualisation (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, ...) or you are willing to quickly learn this
- You have knowledge of and experience with research techniques, statistics and statistical software (e.g. SPSS, R) or you are willing to quickly learn this
- You have knowledge of and experience with a programming language (e.g. R, VBA, Python, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, ...) or you are willing to quickly learn this
- You have a very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- You have strong analytical skills and can reason logically
- You have an eye for detail, you are accurate, and you have an eye for quality
- You can work in a structured way on different projects, you are strong in planning and coordination
- You can deal well with deadlines, you are stress resistant and you are flexible
- You are proactive, a problem-solver and you can work efficiently
- You can work independently or in a team
- You are client friendly (both to your internal and external clients) and you have a professional attitude
- You are fluent in communication (both verbally and in writing)
- You have an enterpreneurial attitude, you are driven and motivated
- Bilingualism (DU/FR or DU/ENG) is a strong plus
- Interest in the field of psychosocial well-being at work is a strong plus
